How to Apply

The course fee must be paid in cash in the office of SF servis s.r.o., by postal order or by bank transfer no later than one week before the seminar you want to participate in.
Send a copy of the payment slip and an application form to Students' Council, CUFA and SF Servis s.r.o. (see Important Information). If you do not have the information flyer with the application form, ask for it .
The deadline for sending application forms is no later than one week before the seminar you want to participate in.
Without a completed application form and a copy of the payment slip, students cannot participate in the seminar(s).
The discount offered for some seminars is applicable only if the student orders and pays for the given number of seminars at once.
