description: A preparatory seminar for potential students of aesthetics at the Department of Aesthetics, Faculty of Arts, Charles University .
In seminars participants will learn how to work with an unknown specialized text, how to interpret and analyze it. In the afternoon part of the seminars, there will be a lecture revealing the author(s) of the text, describing the time of origin, contemporary thoughts about art, etc.
During seminar 5 the participants will be given a chance to test their knowledge and skills during a model written test.
